Data controller
The controller of personal data is Frosch Ferienhäuser GmbH, Dechaneistr. 30, 48145 Münster, Germany, e-mail: kontakt@frosch-ferienhaus.de.
What data we collect and why
Property listing form: name, e-mail, phone, property details. We process them solely to contact you and present a cooperation offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). If no cooperation follows, we delete the data one month after the form is sent.
With your separate consent we may pass your interest in cooperation once to one of our partners – only where we cannot handle the listing ourselves.
Partner portals (Agent, Owner): we store the login session in an essential cookie.
Where the form data goes
The listing is sent over an encrypted connection to our e-mail address, with a copy to the address you provide. The data also goes to our internal listing sheet (Google Workspace), accessible only to people handling listings.
Cookies
Essential: remembering your cookie choice and the login session in the portals. No consent required.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4): run only after your consent in the banner. The IP address is anonymised and the data serves visit statistics. You can change your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: President of UODO; in Germany: LDI NRW). Send requests to kontakt@frosch-ferienhaus.de.
Data recipients
The website hosting provider, Google (Workspace, Analytics – after consent), Cloudflare (optional form anti-spam protection). We do not sell data and do not pass it on for third-party marketing.
